Worth The Wait
Our team of skilled craftsmen create each of our chairs by hand, with a level of care and dedication that you'll truly appreciate when you sink into your brand-new chair. This process does take some time - around 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the style and finish you choose - but we guarantee that the finished product will be well worth the wait.
Delivery
As soon as your brand-new chair is ready, we will reach out to you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. Typically, it takes between 7 to 10 working days from the moment your chair is rubber stamped and ready for dispatch. On the day of delivery, our delivery team will get in touch with you via text or phone call, approximately an hour before they arrive, to let you know that they are on their way. Our friendly delivery team will make sure that your new chair is perfectly placed in your room of choice. We normally remove the feet for delivery to avoid damage in transit and these will be fitted by our delivery team where required. Finally, we will request that you kindly double-check your furniture and sign the delivery note.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to most of the UK mainland with a few exceptions which are Isle of Wight, BT, EX39, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA2, KA7, KA8, KW, PA, PH, PL, PO11, PO3, TR, TQ and ZE postcode areas. If you live in one of these areas, please contact us for more details before placing your order.
We're delighted to offer Free Delivery to all our customers, and we take great care to ensure that we're doing our part for the environment by planning our routes and minimising the miles travelled. Our delivery team covers a large area every day, and we'll do our best to schedule your delivery with other deliveries in your area. We kindly ask for your cooperation in arranging the delivery date, as we're unable to provide an exact date until closer to the dispatch time. We'll always try to be as flexible as possible, but if you need a delivery on a specific day that falls outside our available dates, a surcharge of £90 may apply. Please keep in mind that weekend deliveries are very popular and tend to fill up quickly. Thank you for your understanding and support in our efforts to provide you with the best service possible!
Our lovely Isles and beyond
If you would like delivery to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, or shipping overseas, we can deliver to a nominated mainland address e.g., a port or onward shipping company. Please contact us before placing your order as delivery charges may apply depending on delivery location.
Returns
We understand that buying big-ticket items online can be a bit daunting, particularly if you haven't had the chance to try them out beforehand. That's why we want to assure you that you can always return the chair if you find it’s not quite the right fit.
Simply notify us within 28 days, and we'll take care of the rest completely free of charge. Once we receive the item back, we'll refund you in full within 7-14 working days. All we ask is that the chair is returned in the same pristine condition it was delivered, with no visible signs of use. If possible, please use the original or equivalent packaging, and ensure that the chair is well-wrapped and protected from damage during transit before collection.
