We’ve been collecting old much loved and lived-in vintage chairs for years, delving into their heart and soul to unravel their secrets, picking them apart so we can understand what makes them tick. Inspired by these lost treasures of exceptional design and craftsmanship, we set out to breathe new life into them and create a distinctive collection of handmade chairs that preserve their legacy for years to come. When you have fallen in love with one of our chairs, it is important to check it will be happy in its new home and fit in nice and snugly, and you also need to check it will be able to make the journey from your front gate to the room of choice. Placing An Order
When you are ready to place an order, you can order via the website or over the phone if you prefer or email us and we can do it for you. When the order is placed you will automatically receive confirmation by email. This will detail the item ordered and give you an estimated time frame for delivery.

We will call you to confirm your order and answer any queries you may have. We'll also ask you a few questions about access to your home, so we can make sure we're prepared for a successful delivery. It's a good idea to jot down some measurements, like the width of your door and hallway, so you have them handy.

When everyone is happy and your order has been approved, your chair will go into production. We'll keep you updated on its progress and when it's passed our quality control checks, we'll reach out to you to arrange a delivery date.

Cushion Filling Swap
We want to make sure that you are comfortable in your chair, which is why we have gone to great lengths to achieve just the right blend of cushion filling. However, we understand not everyone has the same taste, so if you find you need a firmer or softer sit after a while, we offer an option to swap out your cushion filling.

Above & Beyond
Our chairs are built to last a lifetime, but accidents do happen so if your furry friend decides to chew on your chair, don't worry. We've got you covered. We can collect your chair, make any necessary repairs, and return it to you as good as new. We even have spare chairs we can lend you while we work on yours. We only charge the cost of repairs and a small fee for collection and redelivery, but if we're delivering to a customer in your area, we may be able to pick it up or drop it off for free. We'll always go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
