In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a clear policy on refunds and returns to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience.

If you need to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you may do so in writing or via email, and we will issue you a full refund within 14 days. Please note that this does not apply to custom-made or bespoke orders.

For any goods listed on our website, you have 28 days from the date of receiving them to cancel your order in writing or via email for any reason. If you cancel within this period, we will refund any payments made in full, usually within 14 days and a maximum of 21 days after the goods are collected. Again, this excludes custom-made or bespoke orders.

If you receive an item that is not acceptable for any reason, please let us know in writing within 28 days. Otherwise, we will assume that you are happy with the goods. If you need to return an item, please note that you are responsible for its safekeeping until we collect it.

To qualify for a refund, all goods must be returned in their original condition, with the original or equivalent packaging in place. If the returned goods are damaged due to your fault, you will be liable for the cost of those damages. Our delivery team also reserves the right to refuse collection if packaging standards are not met. Please take photographs or video evidence of any damage and send them to us before returning the goods.

If an item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault, we will offer a replacement or repair, whichever is more appropriate. We will also offer a full refund if you do not wish to keep the item. All related transport costs will be free of charge.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the discolouration or fading of leather or fabric due to exposure to direct or indirect sunlight, near heating sources, or due to chemicals applied to the goods.

Finally, please note that custom-made or bespoke items are not eligible for cancellation once the initial deposit payment is made and cannot be returned unless found to be damaged on initial inspection. Similarly, samples made for photography or clearance items are sold as seen and cannot be returned.
