• Hassle-free Returns

  We offer a hassle-free return policy on all orders within 14 days of delivery, no matter what the reason. Just reach out to us and we'll take care of everything. We'll even send a crew to collect the furniture. If the item is faulty, we won't charge you for the return. If you simply change your mind, we do charge a small fee.

• What happens when you order?

  Once you've placed your order and we've confirmed the details with you, we'll get started creating your chair. We'll keep you updated as we go and let you know as soon as it's ready. Then we can arrange a delivery date that works best for you. Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, and in some areas, we can arrange a Saturday delivery if that's more convenient for you.

• Delivery of Your Chair

  We have a fantastic team who will bring your new chair right to your room of choice. We'll even take care of the packaging and ensure it's disposed of responsibly. No need to worry about a thing!
